10.53 Acre Equestrian & Builder's Opportunity in the Heart of Jupiter Farms. This two-parcel estate spans over 10.5 acres zoned AR (Agricultural Residential), ideal for a custom home, equestrian compound, private family estate, or multi-generational retreat. Sold together as a single offering, the property pairs a 5.47-acre homestead parcel fronting Jupiter Farms Road with an adjoining 5.06-acre parcel, delivering the space, privacy, and flexibility that define Jupiter Farms living. The existing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 2,180 square feet under air and is best described as a "bring your vision" canvas, well suited for a full renovation, expansion, or a clean slate to design the residence you have always wanted. A standout feature is the detached 3,200 sq. ft. garage with three bays offering incredible utility for car enthusiasts, hobbyists, contractors, boat and RV storage, workshops, or conversion into a guest house, studio, or barn. The land is already set up for country living, with two small barns (one with a water hookup), fencing and paddocks currently home to cows, goats, and a donkey, plus an existing tennis court that is ready for a refresh or repurposing into a sport court, pickleball setup, or additional paddock space. With generous road frontage, room for horses, outbuildings, a pool, or gardens, and the lifestyle freedom that AR zoning allows, this is a meaningful opportunity to secure substantial acreage where large parcels seldom come to market. Enjoy the quiet of Jupiter Farms while being minutes from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, top-rated Jupiter schools, Riverbend Park, the Loxahatchee River, and the beaches, dining, and shopping of Jupiter and Tequesta. Build, renovate, ride, or reimagine; the possibilities here match the scale of the land.

Jupiter is 12 miles north of Palm Beach Shores via I-95 and Rte. 706. Jupiter is one of the few little towns in the region not fronted by an island. Beaches here are part of the mainland, and Route A1A runs for almost 4 miles along the beachfront dunes and beautiful estates.
To mark the reef lying off the Jupiter Inlet, Congress in 1853 appropriated $35,000 to construct a lighthouse. At the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse, you can see the Loxahatchee River.
If you're looking for an exploration adventure in Jupiter, check out the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. The Lighthouse was designed by Civil War hero General George Meade and is operated by the Coast Guard since 1860. Tours of this 105-foot-tall landmark unfold every half hour. There is a small museum that tells about efforts to restore the lighthouse to the way it looked from 1860 to 1918.
